People deciding to make a difference is what Co-Founder of the American Down and Feather company, Eric Weiland,  is all about. After seeing a presentation by Love146 while attending a music festival he was forever changed and caused him to become an active participant in finding a solution. Eric decided to use the phrase, “How can you sleep at night?”  and developed a special Love146 pillow that the American Down and Feather company is now producing.

Love146, for those who are unaware, is dedicated to stopping the child sex trafficking industry. While the founders of Love146 were on an exploratory trip to SE Asia they went undercover to a brothel one night. Their purpose was to gain knowledge of how better to fight child sex slavery. They saw a young girl, behind a glass window that night with the number 146 pinned to her dress. That girl was one of many that night being bought and sold for sex. Her face left such an impact that night that she became the catalyst for change and the abolition of child sex slavery and exploitation. Nothing less.
