Lush Cosmetics Bath Line

LUSH Cosmetics has everything you need to be and feel beautiful but they don’t stop there. Products found at LUSH are formed with a serious conscious. They go for natural ingredients and use as few  synthetics as possible. In fact, they have an incredible range of natural  products with no synthetics at all. Over 70% of their range is totally  un-preserved and they aim to improve on that.

Gorilla Perfumes

We choose to give our love (and money) to suppliers that respect the  environment, as well as the animals and people living there. We work  diligently with all of our suppliers to minimize our environmental  impact. We’re pretty sure we drive our suppliers crazy in our pursuit to  find the best possible alternatives for materials and supplies  available on the market. Whether it be 100% PCR recycled cardboard or  oxo-biodegradable shrink wrap, we like to keep them on their toes!   This year at LUSH, responsible buying of recycled supplies for our  administrative offices helped us save over 300 trees, 511, 363 liters of  water (135,000 gallons of water), 675 gallons of oil and reduced  greenhouse gas emissions by 28,000 CO2 equivalents.

Animal Rights Campaigning

Another outstanding quality of LUSH is their stand on animal tested ingredients and also the importance of preserving our earth. With that in mind they are involved in campaigning against such practices as the shark fin trade and obviously use nothing that is tested on animals and they continue their work in bringing that practice to an end. Lush is also involved in charities and in the communities where their products are sold.  From helping build schools out of plastic bottles in Guatemala to bringing clean drinking water to Tanzania. This is accomplished through the sale of the “Charity Pot” lotions of which 100% is given to different charities. LUSH employees also give of their time and talents to show their commitment and sincerity in what they believe. There is so much more to learn from their site so check them out and be amazed!
